LS Turbo Headers

These LS Turbo Headers are a compact design for custom LS turbo applications. These headers will work on GM LS based engines (LS1, LS2, LS3, LS6, 4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L, 6.0L, 6.2L) with a standard cylinder head exhaust pattern. These work great for single or twin turbo builds. This design is shorter than most making it a great option for swaps or builds where space is limited.  These headers are able to be mounted up and forward or down and forward depending on your application.

The primary tubes are mandrel bent 1 3/4" and the collector outlets are 2 1/2" quick release V-bands, providing a leak-free seal while making future service quick and easy. This 2 1/2" quick release V-band outlet keeps the overall length short and eliminates the need to weld a transition onto your turbo system. The mating V-band flange is included, giving you an easy start to the rest of the fabrication. 

We hand fabricate our headers using a high quality 304 stainless steel tubing and flanges, NOT 409. These tubes are CNC Mandrel bent and back purge tig welded to prevent cracking and ensure a long lasting, great looking product that offers maximum flow and performance. Our flanges are laser cut 3/8" stainless steel that get welded inside and out before we hand port each runner to reduce turbulence from the cylinder head, last we machine flatten the gasket surface for a leak free seal.
